The objective of this project to estimate the following, pH while processing the cane juice, Phosphate content in mixed juice and clear juice, Calcium oxide content in sample juices, purity of the cane juice using Polarimeter and Hydrometer, Brix value and Brix% for total dissolved solids present in the given solution, measure the POL% for total amount of sucrose content present in the given solution.
