An nanoparticles with an average size of 16.9± 1.2nm was prepared by mixing HAUCL4 at 2.4×10-4 M and sodium citrate at 1.6×10-3 in water at 800c AU/SIO2 particles with an average size of 47.3±3.5nm were prepared by using a sol-gel method at 350c in ethonal with 2.0×10-5 M (3-aminopropy) trimethoxysilance as asilance couping agent 5.
